I am headache free on MON and WED thanks to Yoga class but this cancer thing on my little pup is really screwing with me. So what do you do for tension headaches... oh and don't even try suggesting any chocolate or sweets.... I crash and burn with sugar! (plus my butt doesn't need it).

I would suggest practicing some yoga at home between the days when you have classes. Also have a look on Google for food-related triggers, there are quite a few. I hope you feel better soon.
Peppermint oil on your temples. I have a roll on that I use when I'm at work and don't want to medicate. It's awesome.
Exercise is the only thing tgat prevents them for me. Without it, I'm a chronic sufferer. I really love Jillian Michaels Yoga Meltdown at home.
Excercise usually works for me too. When I'm not too lazy to do that. Usually I just pop two advil. My poor liver.
Bending over repeatedly actually flares my tension headaches up asap, so exercise is the opposite of what I need. Lying down, closing my eyes, relaxing as much as possible. Also the heating pad like Heather suggested does it for me. I get tension headaches and migraines. Fun!
Um, I just saw this thread. One thing that works for me is a little... uh, how should I say it? Bow-chicka-wow-wow time with the hubs. Completely natural... of course.
