I wish the designers here would include png layers for their templates and these files, ASL, ABR, CSH, TIF,PSD. There are a lot of customers that use one of the top 4 png only programs and we can't open those files. My program comes from a huge traditional and digi scrapping company that is also huge internationally too in Canada, Britain , Mexico, France, Germany, Aus, New Zealand, and Japan and you are not providing these products to all of those customers. This store is known not to be friendly to those of us that chose to use a png only program and it is a big part of why I don't shop here. We miss out on personalizing templates like in this big summer give a way kit going on now, masks, word art like what was just offered a few days ago (We got the word play, but we didn't get to personalize it or change the colors of the word like the psd customers did.) etc.. plus things on your blogs and facebk pgs. It's no longer the accepted policy to leave out people who don't use pse/ps, you maybe loosing potential customers over it. Many stores and forum plus designers now offer products that we can use plus they have gone a step further and no offer .page files which does for us what a psd file does for you. We support these places and usually avoid place where we are left out of products and freebies. Just thought I would mention it.
