    It's take your daughter to work day! My daughter went with my DH to work last year so she decided to come with me to work this year. She's going to be hanging out and helping behind the scenes at TLP today. So everyone, meet Elizabeth!

    Hi Elizabeth! Nice to meet you. That's my daughter's name as well but we all call her Liz, Lizzy or Lizard (her grandfather gave her the last nickname).

    Our school district doesn't honor take your child to work on this date, advising parents to pick a summer day instead. And there is actually statewide standardized testing for a lot of grades today, so skipping school wouldn't go over well!
