this week we have lots of the usual... gymnastics, gymnastics, lacrosse, gymnastics. and maybe trying to get my house cleaned and get to the grocery somewhere in there??

this coming weekend is my son's state meet. super excited for that.

my step-mom is having a double masectomy this thursday, so please be praying for her, if you're the praying kind.

My kids are headed back to school tomorrow after a long bout of sickness and then Spring Break. I'm looking forward to a bit of quiet. LOL At least for a few hours! I'm trying to get the house all decked out for Spring. I'd like to get caught up on PL this week too. My big project for the week is trying to find a photography field guide for our trip to Yellowstone this summer.

Rebecca, I will put your step-mom in my prayers.

I hope everyone has a great week!

Rebecca, I'll be thinking about you MIL. I hope all goes smoothly.

About 3 weeks ago, I fell and broke my leg and totally busted my ankle and had to have it reconstructed. So this week will be more of sitting on my butt on the couch with my leg propped up :/ I was able to bring some work home, so I hope to actually get that done. It's very easy to get distracted at home LOL

Two lacrosse games this week, finish up the final tax return at home, finish about 5 at work this week. I have got to get into the photos on my computer too. On my digisister weekend we all took over 10,000 pictures! They are all on my computer and I need to spend a little time tagging them so I can find them later. It's so tough to rate that many excellent photos, I think I'll just have to pick about 100 of the best ones and put them in a spot to scrap later!!!

Nothing exciting. DH has a paper and test to complete this week. I need to get to the library to pick up a couple holds. That's all. :)

Spring Break is this week for my kids so everything's up in the air :) I love it when things are like that! Although we have some guys coming to "glaze" or seal our showers so there won't be any more mildew, etc... That's tomorrow. Wednesday I'm going to learn my Embroidery machine and bring Saige with me. She will love that!

Rebecca, she will be in my thoughts! I hope everything goes ok!

DD's 11th birthday is tomorrow. DH has taken the day off and we're going out to dinner. She wants burgers.

Her party isn't until Saturday though so we'll be spending some time this week preparing for that.

Rebecca, I'm adding your step-mom to my prayer list and will be praying for her.

It looks like I'm taking Isaac to the dr again, the 4th time now, to have his ear checked because he's still complaining about it hurting and up in the middle of the night crying about it... I'm thinking of pushing for tubes for him... I seem to be losing hearing in my left ear and had a really difficult time hearing the girl on my left in choir yesterday, so I'm probably making an appointment to see an ENT too... One of my girlfriends is an audiologist so she's going to squeeze me in this week before they leave for spring break.

Other than that, it's a pretty normal week here, homeschool and ballet for Moriah... We actually get to watch her this week, so Mark is going to take off early from work and we'll all go watch her :)

I'm working on catching up on Project Life and then decluttering the house so we can start working on taking out the old kitchen cabinets and putting in the new ones, which we'll do in sections since we aren't ready to tear down the wall and move the door yet... Also I need to organize my scrap booking supplies since I'm having a crop at my house soon :)

We have school off today! yay! If only all Monday's could be this stress-free! haha

On the docket for this week:
Mon: Doing lunch with a friend who also has 3 boys (with all our boys - yep we'll be boy trapped, lol)
some Utah Jazz thing at the Delta Center for the whole family
Tue: Big IEP meeting at school for my special needs 8th grade son
Wed: Big specialist dr aptmt for my 8th grader to follow up on surgery
YW Youth activity for church that night
Thur: Officer mtg for the 8th grade son who wants to run for class office
piano lessons for the 2 younger boys
Girls Camp Mtg that night (for church - I'm the Camp Director this year, it will be fun!)
Fri: Shopping with my mom (doing a Park City Coach outlet run - and we ::never:: do this - so it's a big deal!)
Beauty and the Beast Broadway with Tana in Salt Lake City - so excited! :)
    Sat: Chilling out!

Kate, I hope your foot feels better, girl. That is awful! And Rebecca, good luck with your MIL, that breaks my heart,
    I'll pray for her.

No plans here. I'm still recovering from flu. I have so many things piled up. I don't even to where to begin.

Hugs to you and your step-mom, Rebecca... we'll think good thoughts for you all.

I had a list of things to do today, but nothing is getting done other than laundry I didn't finish last night.

One of my best friends (we've been friends since 4th grade) is coming over for a visit tomorrow. We live about an hour apart, but sometimes it seems like a world away because our lives make it difficult to get together. I'm excited to see her.

I'm also going to be gathering stuff up for Artfest (I leave next Wednesday evening), so I have to find all of my supplies and get things organized. Eek!

And I'm waiting on a manuscript I'm proofing before it goes to press, so that should be interesting.

Oh... I guess I should also be working on my resume so I can start looking for paying work. Bah. :p

I'd like to reclaim my house, which completely fell apart last week/weekend with all the race stuff going on.

That's really my only goal. :rofl

Just got back in town last night after a quick weekend away... My kids are off school for Spring Break:)
I'm working on finishing up their elementary school's yearbook this week. I only wish I could use Photoshop!! I keep finding myself using commands for PS in the yearbook company's website program, but they don't work! LOL I'm only using solid colors because their papers are so hideous! I'm also avoiding all shadows because their shadows are sad. It's kinda depressing!

Your step mom is in my prayers Rebecca!

It's going to be another busy week at work. I'm still recovering from St. Patty's Day! I'm exhausted LOL! But at least the weather here has been just beautiful. I hope it stays this way!

This week is going to be crazy busy for me! I had WW tonight and did the grocery shopping. I had to get snacks for the whole week for my son's Kindergarten class, plus school birthday treats, plus birthday cake stuff as his 6th birthday is on Saturday. We're doing a simple bowling party, so not too much to prepare for there thankfully. Then Wednesday my son has an afternoon field trip and then the church choir I'm in is making soups and breads for dinner for the whole church before Lent service so I have to make a vat of Chicken and Dumpling soup for that. Thursday we have a spaghetti supper fundraiser for both my son's baseball team and they get to meet their teamates that night too. I actually can't wait for baseball season because both my son's get to play on the same team this year AND we got to by on the Cubs team which is our favorite! :)

Friday my Sister's family is coming to town for the birthday party, so I also must get my house cleaned up a bit and sheets changed, etc. Oh and you know, work full time too. Sigh. :)
