If any of you have been following along on my hiking adventures on YouTube, I have an update! I'll be hiking 58 km (36 miles) this Saturday, June 20th! Yes!! You read that right! I've been training for months and I'm very excited to be attempting this challenge! On this video I talk about how I prepared for the trip. Come on over and check it out! Subscribe to follow the adventure!

I just watched the entire video! Loved it! We are trying a 22km hike this summer and I have been anxious about since we decided. And I was the one that wanted to do it! This video really helped! I hope I can do it!

I cannot wait to see your next video about the hike! GO YOU!!!

I also watched the entire video. Lynne-Marie you are an inspiration! I also love your definition of success. Good hiking on Saturday!

I just dropped another video about hiking gear that you might like for your 22 km hike!

Update: I did it!!!!!

It took me 16 h to do the first 50 km ( 31 m) and 6 hours to do the last 10 km ( 6 m), in the dark, in the pouring rain. Of the 62 participants, 19 tapped out along the way, and I finished dead last! My muscles were seizing up and I was moving at a snails pace. I started at 5 am and finished at 3 am the next day, technically not done in a day, but within 24 hours (22). Sunday was recovery day! I will make a video telling the story in more detail.
