It was an early morning spent on the beach last year that inspired the May Build Your Own collection that releases today. The tide was in and I was enjoying the soothing white noise of the waves coming and going and how the water trickled over the many scattered pebbles that lined the beach each time the ocean pulled the water back out to sea. The locals arrived for their morning swim, a few people came and went walking their dogs and seagulls in the distance could be heard and seen dancing in the sky. Every now and then, as the breeze came by and tickled my face, I was greeted with the smell of salt air, and here, I was happy to spend my time just sitting and taking it all in, watching my two loves sort through all of the wonderful treasures that the tide had brought in for us. My daughter spent so many hours sorting and collecting pebbles and shells from our beach holiday last year that mama had a lot of patience and transported two buckets of said pebbles and shells from the coast of Devon back to our home in the West Midlands when our holiday came to an end.
