I'm not much of a TV watcher, but I think I need a new show or two. Right now, all I watch is Top Chef and Grey's Anatomy. So pimp your favorite TV programs for me. What do you watch? Flu quarantine is getting really boring and I can only play words with friends so much!
There's a new one called "Off the Map" that's from the same people who make "Grey's Anatomy"! We've watched the first few episodes and really liked it! I got a little sick of Grey's Anatomy the past couple seasons but this show reminds me of early Grey's. I think it is Wednesdays at 10 on ABC. Other than that I like all of NBC's comedies on Thursday night, Parenthood is good and Modern Family. LOL but we watch ALOT of TV.
I never get to watch shows when they are on. I tivo everything. Here's my schedule: Mondays: Castle Tuesdays: NCIS, The Good Wife and Parenthood Thursdays: The Mentalist and Grey's DH records Modern Family and Fringe and I'll watch those with him, too. I've been meaning to do a layout about what we watch.
We just realized we have shows almost every night we watch lol Monday - Castle (my all time fav show) Tuesday - we dvr NCIS & NCIS LA .. we watch Biggest Loser and Parenthood Wednesday - Criminal Minds Thursday - Archer Friday - The Defenders & CSI NY Saturday we don't watch tv Sunday - Food Network all evening haha
I watch How I Met Your Mother, White Collar, Glee and Bones. I also watch Chuck and Scrubs, but I'm not caught up on those. I'll have to check out Castle!
I love Running Wilde. It was so witty and made me laugh. But alas, it was canceled, just as its predecessor, Arrested Development, was because apparently the majority of Americans are lacking in a decent sense of humor, lol. I don't watch TV much, but I have been listening to the Pioneer Woman's book on audiobook, and it's a great read (listen?).
I've heard really good things about Parenthood and Modern Family. I'll have to grab both of those on netflix.
Monday we watch How I Met Your Mother and then usually whatever is on Discovery or History (dh is really into Pawn Stars and American Pickers, shows like that). Tuesdays we don't watch much until Parenthood is on - it's a great show! Wed's, again, just channel flipping until Law & Order SVU comes on. Thursday is our big tv night - so many awesome shows that we can't even DVR them all. HAHA. Community, Parks & Rec, 30 Rock, The Office, Big Bang Theory, WipeOut, & Greys. The weekend is just lots of Discovery/National Geographic/Food Network type shows and/or whatever movies we've gotten from Netflix.
Haha i tivo everything too! Even if i'm going to watch it... I'll just start it 20 min in so i can ff thru the commercials! Thursdays are really my only night of tv .... Vampire Diaries, Royal Pains, and Fairly Legal...love love love!!! I also record Aarti Party on food network... Love her!!!
I watch Glee, CSI, Bones and Chuck, although I'm way behind on Chuck... Thats pretty much it for me. I've been watching movies from Netflix instead. And I never watched 30 Rock so I've started watching that on Netflix too. I'm on season 2 and its just so funny!
ditto!! i hate wasting my precious time on commercials! I am a fan of Chuck, Survivor, Top Chef, and Amazing Race--these are the ones, I usually "watch watch", others that I recreationally watch (i.e. while scrapping and half paying attention) are American Idol, NCIS (both), Biggest Loser, and The Office. I have heard great things about Castle and Big Bang Theory, but want to start from beginning.
Our favourites here are: Criminal Minds CSI Las Vegas The Big Bang Theory ( this ONE!!!!) The Vampire Diaries ( DH doesnt like it, I´m the only one into vamps in this house ) Breaking Bad We also love watching movies. Believe it or not there isnt a movie theatre in my town so we always end up renting some at the local movie shop (dont know how you call it in English ) The last one we saw was Wall Street, the new one with Shia LeBouf and Michael Douglas.
Top Chef is my most favorite! Modern family is the funniest ever and I like Better With You Real Housewives is awesome. I love 'em all! Garret and I watch Hawaii 5-0 together. I don't love this but it's the only thing G and I watch together lol I have started watching Grey's Anatomy from the beginning and I am on season 3 now
I like many of the ones already mentioned, but here's one I haven't seen mentioned yet - The Closer. So fun!
I watch so little TV. I watch House and Brothers and Sisters and that's about it. My husband, on the other hand, has a whole big list though ... Nikita, V, Two and a Half Men, How I Met Your Mother, Big Bang Theory, Mike and Molly, No Ordinary Family, Modern Family, the Middle, American Idol, Hawaii Five O ....
