Premier Rush - the "free" version that comes with my Photoshop CC subscription. Rush works in layers. So, you can upload MP4s or JPGs. Add your voice clip (I recorded mine using Voice Memos on my iPhone). Add music (I use the built in music clips included with Rush). You can also add in Rush templates - as page dividers or on top of your image. A snapshot below on what the layers look like - Renew = Rush template on top of JPG, on top of Voice Memo, on top of music.
Oh Ohhh thanks! I have that so I need to go learn it. I don’t know how to get MP4’s from my phone video, so that’s also a learning objective. I “made” a video for my triple waterfall card, but it looks so bad compared to yours!!
I run into that problem too! The only solution I have is to use my computer. I am an Apple and iCloud user. Every picture and movie I take from my phone, I have access to on my computer. Videos are .MOV files. I simply click and drag the .MOV from the "photos app" into a folder on my desktop. Once in the folder, I can upload the .MOV into Rush. Not sure if that would work for you - the click and drag.
