I made this for my sister's birthday using Family by Lynne-Marie. I also used Scrapping with Liz's Spring Cut Outs. I took a flower and leaf and embossed them for the front of the card - THAT was a learning experience for sure. I can still feel the powder that went everywhere! Plus, I had to learn how to take a PNG and turn it into a SVG. I'm so thankful for free online converters Here's a video of how it works: https://youtube.com/shorts/3neqLNqsfIA The best present in the entire world for my sister is simply photos of her kids and grandkids. AAAANNNNNDDDD I get to post these photos now because my niece has formally adopted all four grandbabies (3 and under!!) so we can show their faces everywhere. Woo hoo!! It's going to be a great birthday for my sister!
This is amazing @mocamom ~ I need to learn how to do interactive cards like this! Thanks for the inspiration!
I grew up embossing cards with my mom so I know all about the powdery mess haha love all the photo spots!
Thank y'all so much Cheryl @gonewiththewind, Monica @umyesh, Stefanie @StefanieS, Karen @Karen, Anja @frutselke. It was a super fun card to make and I learned a lot! Anja, you can do this easily without a cutting machine. Although this was from SVGs, you tube videos are perfect for learning how to make them without anything fancy!
