Given I scrapped up a storm this past month and have a few fave layouts I'm wondering what was your fave layout completed in February?
I actually have a few faves for different reasons For the emotional release (thanks @bestcee for the journaling challenge) Again for the personal emotional release Finally for trying a newish technique for me (using my half tonne of styles I seem to hoard)
I love the variety of pages I scrapped in February thanks to Love Our Designers. This one wins though; I love how the Mickey cut out turned out!
I used that same template this month to highlight the technique on a PSP forum! I only did 2 layouts that I could post in this gallery this month. My scrapping in February was for a workshop that I didn't use any store kits on. Guess this is my favorite of the 2 posted here:
I can't show you my favorite page yet, because it's made with the newest artCrush by NBK-Design that will be released on Friday! My second favorite page is this one. I know, it doesn't look like mine!
I know what you mean, I have a number of layouts that could probably count as my fave in February but haven't been released yet
This is my fav from February. Made it for Rachel's mixed media challenge. The background is a scanned map of my hometown, from an old school book. The brownish tape stain under the cluster bottom right, is on the actual map. Really like that touch. For both of Rachel's mm challenges so far this year, I've scanned my own background papers, really like this "technique" and plan to do more. Really gets personal that way.
I just posted this one today- but I did make it earlier this week so that counts as february right!? I love the colors that matched our family pics from last fall & all anita's fun word arts!
@littlekiwi I must say, I really enjoy that you started this thread. It's first of all, fun to see all the lovely layouts everyone's made, and second, I think it's important to really take time, and look back on what I've created. I tend to scrap and forget, really. I really need to look more at my own creations. I think it was a good lesson to reflect and learn from older creations. Thank you!
I agree, I just felt it was the right time to have a look back at February & since I happened to do the Pad Patter for the 1st this month.....Pad Patter topic was decided!
One of the reasons I gravitated towards Photoshop is I love fantasy art. It's a lot of fun when I can use scrapbooking kits to achieve a fantasy art piece. So, my favorite February layout is...
