Used the Twist and left out No 7 - splatters.
Hopefully I've posted to the gallery correctly - it is so long since I've done it I have forgotten how to!!

Boy oh boy have I dithered on this one... started off blue and ended up green.
Used the twisted and omitted the journalling (step 2)

 

I didn't take the twist...

 

I used the MBC template from April 2019
