I left the suggestions thread open a little longer, so I'm bumping our selections out by a month too. So here are the books we are voting on. You can vote on your top four choices and the four books with the most votes will be our next book club selections. 1. The Secretary by Renée Knight 2. The Exiles by Cristina Baker Kline 3. Aunti Poldi and the Sicilian Lions by Mario Giordano 4. A Flicker in the Dark by Stacy Willingham 5. Black Cake by Charmaine Wilkerson 6. Project Hail Mary by Andy Weir 7. My Husbands Wife by Jane Corry 8. People We Meet On Vacation by Emily Henry 9. The Interview by CM Ewan I'll leave the voting open for about a week.
It was Bart... can you not see him? Uh - oh. I wonder how many others I've posted that people couldn't see. Eek!
I've seen a whole bunch of others you've posted this morning, and no other image errors, so you're probably good.
I read so much, I really have to try to read along with you and try some new stuff, I tend to read a lot of Young Adult....which I am not anymore I'll vote and try to join you!
I do, too.. For a while I was a bit embarrassed that a lot of my favorite books fell into the YA category, but now I don't care. I'll read what I want, and everyone else can do the same!
I love a good young adult book too... even better if it's a series. I have no shame about it either. A good book, is a good book and reading is my relaxation each day, so I don't care what it is as long as I can enjoy it!
We have our next four books selected! Yippee! June - The Exiles by Cristina Baker Kline July - People We Meet On Vacation by Emily Henry August - Project Hail Mary by Andy Weir September - Black Cake by Charmaine Wilkerson The threads are here: https://the-lilypad.com/forum/threads/june-2022-book-club-the-exiles.83362/ https://the-lilypad.com/forum/threads/july-2022-book-club.83363/ https://the-lilypad.com/forum/threads/august-2022-book-club-project-hail-mary.83364/ https://the-lilypad.com/forum/threads/september-2022-book-club-black-cake.83365/
