    Thank you to each who generously designed this train. I am still having trouble with NBK designs. I can get a zip file from her, but there's nothing in it except her tou info. No PSD or TIFF either to remove the white on it. I've tried incognito, and copying address at least 5 times to see if it the insides are any different. Still the same. Help, what am I doing wrong!

    I just tested the download, and I was able to download the zip and unzip it. There is a folder for her TOU info but outside of the folder are her pieces for the collab. There aren't any PSD or TIF files included. Only PNGs of her papers and elements. When you are downloading, are you specifying a specific folder for it to go into?

    Thanks Cheryl for answering me back. I've unzipped it to her own folder. zip name nbk_home_BLOGHOP, the next folder inside looks like this All-about-NBK-Design. I opened it up and I have this .wdmc only, no pieces; then opening this I have transcoded_files, then this file d312a08daf7d4218a7d1222eb67d1906, then her tou's and white template info are inside here. Nothing anywhere else. I used Extract now and even tried to change the setting on the destination . It was originally archive folder and I even added archive folder name to see if that any difference. I was able to open yours and all the others the same way. So baffled. Thanks again for your time and efforts. Love your templates.

    I got a message when I unzipped the file, my Windows is in Swedish, but I guess the translation is something along the line "Too long path way" or something like that. I just chose skip on those 2 warnings, and I have all files that's on the preview. Not sure what I skipped. LOL This happens for me at times. Have no clue what's happening though.
