Ooooh! I found a whole bunch of vintage graphic album covers. This was one of my favorites. I made a whole new Pinterest board! And here is my page!
Being a bit old school, I went back into time to Elvis, Nat King Cole, Johnny Mathis and Johnny Cash. I always loved Cash's covers because the man in black often used that on his covers. When I found this one, I knew I had hit "pay dirt" so to speak since I love big interesting photos and minimum elements. It's a classic and my choice: And here's my layout (photo is of my grandson):
This is my inspiration album. I want to point out I chose this album on Tuesday and today is Sunday for me. Today my friend posted that he has auditioned for the voice and we can see his audition tomorrow night. I am so excited for him. Monday update. He turned 3 chairs! Team Keith Urban!!!

Here's my inspiration. I liked the center clustering of the design. I also liked the titlework, simple with distancing between the letters.
I just have to say, all of the pages in this thread are SO amazing....I really love the creativity and what an EPIC challenge
Thanks for hosting, Jen! I found this on line of Led Zeppelin's Houses of the Holy with the Obi Strip across the middle of the album cover.. I was inspired by the gradient, and also Giants Causeway in Northern Ireland which the cover was made from. Photo of Giants Causeway and I used a gradient for the bg paper .. font is Kashmir Here is my page:
