    Flowers are always peaceful, but I find when I take a walk with my camera and really stop to appreciate things as I see them that the peaceful feeling is really strong

    in the end, this is the first time in maybe 10 years I am not going to do the challenges... but I have found that peace I was after, by volunteering at a refugee centre and today is a special day because we have reached a magic number of a 1000. I have been at the centre for 4 weeks every day (give or take a Sunday) and we have helped more than 1000 families of the Ukrainian refugees. Food, clothes, items of hygiene, and all you can think of for the babies and children...

    What you are doing right now is so much more amazing and honorable and worthy than anything. And certainly more of a challenge I'm sure than any of the scrapbook challenges. I'm so happy to hear it brings you peace and that you are able to help out; my heart and thoughts and intense wishes for goodness and peace are with you.
