January 25: Photo-less Page

Can you believe we are in the last full week of MOC 10?!? I hope everyone has been inspired by all the challenges this month and, most importantly, having some fun creating digital art. I have an easy challenge for you today with only one primary requirement – DON’T USE PHOTOS.

You may use any style you want (art journal, traditional, simple, filled, pocket, etc.) and templates are permitted. Just don’t use photos in any form on your page. This includes converting photos to sketches or using other styles or actions to change the appearance of a photo. If you love traditional styles and templates, consider replacing the photo spots with journaling cards or rectangular shaped digital elements. Photo-less pages are also great for journaling stories.

Ready to get started on your photo-less masterpiece?!?

Challenge-specific Requirements:

Create a digital page THAT DOES NOT INCLUDE PHOTOS IN ANY FORM.

Clarifications:

• You may scrap in any style (art journal, traditional, simple, filled, pocket, etc.).
• Templates are permitted.
• Journaling is permitted, but not required.
• You may not use a photo in any form (including using styles or actions to alter the photo’s appearance).

General Requirements:

In addition to the specific requirements for this challenge, please follow our overall guidelines. Your page must be a new page in order to count for the Month of Challenges. Your page must be posted in three places:

1. Uploaded to the TLP Gallery (not an outside hosting site).

2. Posted in your page thread you created in the MOC Layouts Folder. You should have one post per completed challenge page. If you complete all 31 challenges, your thread should contain 31 posts. Please do not comment in the participants’ page threads so we can keep them clean.

3. Posted in this thread. People can comment here if they wish.

Your page must contain Lilypad product (pages with photos and font only do not count). If you use product from other stores, your pages must contain at least 75% current Lilypad product (currently for sale in the store from either permanent designers or guest designers).
