This has been so much fun. I'm in the middle of stressful paperwork and I used this challenge as an opportunity to pause, play and destress a little. Thank you! I might go add some 3D stuff to it later, maybe.

This challenge gave me an idea for the first page of the book for my grandson. I'll change the word baby to his name and the photo of the ultrasound to a first day photo.
I'm still a bit new to mixed media (digitally), so I hope I've met the challenge prompts correctly. I do hope it was okay to blend and attach my photo to a puddle? Please let me know if I need to alter things! All paints, spatters, journaling prompts, and elements from Rachel Jefferies "Whatever the Weather" collection. There's a gesso layer (I think it's a paper in the kit, but I removed the paper bits), two textural stamps, one paint swipe (recolored), a couple of "puddles," and more than a few techniques attempted on my part - I finally "get" the journaling on a path tool! Yey!
