    Thanks to everyone that played along. Random.org chose Roxana as our lucky winner!

    Hello everyone, Stefanie (Eyeore) here and I am beyond thrilled to be hosting a challenge this year. Last year Cynthia challenged us with layouts from our awesome team of designers and this year I am choosing to highlight some amazing Pollywog layouts.

    To inspire you to make your page today :
    Choose at least 3 of these LOs, then for each of them, choose one particular characteristic, then use that on your page, for example:
    • the number of photos (or going photo-less)
    • the predominant color or color combination
    • the style (clean simple, pocket page, artsy)
    • the theme/subject (travel, family, a loved one, a child, an actor)
    • items on the page, for example: Big word art, big title composed with an alpha, 5 lines of journaling, etc)
    • type of element (flower/s, stitches, fasteners, word art, word strips, stars, ribbons (one or many)
    • it can be much more, anything that grabs your attention, piques your fancy, like a photo blend, nature, a list, a big photo, doodles..... there is so much here for you to choose from.

    Once you have chosen ONE characteristic from each of your 3 LOs picked, your page should be clearly created with the 3 things you chose. You can add more to the page, but please, make sure you TELL US, IN THIS THREAD, which pages and what characteristic that you've chosen.

    So for my layout, I chose:

    3. Dalis (3 photos) & 6. Mrs Peel (large flower off right edge of page) & 4. EllenT (paint in the foundation layer)

    The rules:
    • Choose 3 of the LOs above
    • Choose one characteristic from each
    • Make a page that has these 3 characteristics (you can add more if you wish)
    • post it in the gallery (and this thread)
    • Write down, in this thread, which pages you have chosen and what characteristic for each of them.
    Enjoy scrapping!

    Gallery Rules: Layouts must contain at least 50% TLP products. (Templates count as 15%.) Uploads must be less than 250k. List all credits; no off-site linking allowed.

    Upload your page to the TLP Gallery and to this thread. At the close of DSD weekend, Tuesday, October 5, 2021 11am EDT, a random winner will be picked to win a $3 gift certificate to the store.

    @Janisn LOOOOVE the page...that photo is out of this world!!!!!you took me back to my 8 years old self, when I got the talking doll after my last surgery as a child!!!! I need to catch up on your gallery!!!!!!!!

    This Is A Very Interesting Challenge Indeed!...It Actually Gave Me The Courage To Complete A Layout I Had Already Started...With These Influences Helping Me...Have You Ever Just Wanted To Have Wings? And Fly Away From Your Own Life's Struggles?...I Sure Did This Day...I Have Had A Rough September Health-Wise...Some Pretty Bad Days...But There Was One Day In Particular That I Thought...How Am I Gonna Hang On & Get Through All Of This!!...No One Needs The Details...Let's Just Say...I Made It Through That Day! & All The Days That Followed!...Needless To Say This Layout Is Filled With Lots Of Strong Emotions...I Haven't Scrapped One Like This For Awhile...When The Pandemic First Started I Decided I Wasn't Gonna Go There...Since There Was So Much Negativity & Sadness In The World!...I Tried To Stick To More Uplifting Layouts!...& I Did!...But There Is A Time For These Emotions To Fill Up A Page Or Two...At Least For Me...It Helps Me Cope...Like Scrapping Therapy!...I'm O.K. Now!...At Least From These Days!...I Feel Different Now Looking Back On That Day!...It Seemed Like The Worst Day Ever!!!! & It Was To Me!...But I Just Try To Take Each Day As It Comes!...The Good & The Bad!...Celebrate The Good!...But Also Scrap Those Bad Days Too!...Even If They Are Emotionally Charged!!!...
