I usually just stick with one paper per LO rule, you allowed me to experiment and expand into the less comfortable... I think I might have enjoyed it.
I used 6 different patterned papers from the Kim Jensen Kit called Shameless. The orange has a polka dot in it and the bright pink has a stained look.
I had worries about the pink paper with the slight texture not following the rules and the orange paper with the polka dots because you can't see the polka dots so I redid the page. I still have 6 patterned papers used.
This was a challenge for me! I love my white backgrounds. LOL Thanks for pushing me out of my norm. Here's my page:

I used these patterned papers- plaid, map/streets grid, mini polka dot, wood grain paper, and 2 journal cards- one is watercolored and one has striped edge
Here we go! For those counting, one of the blending layers has a marbled paper attached. * LO *not* created in the new space...
