Phone and earbuds, glasses if I'm not wearing them. (I keep very little in easy access of my bed. DH goes to bed before me and wakes up after me during the week, so it disturbs him if I keep anything there and use it when I come in.)

Phone, Bed Remote, Chapstick.... Water, Tums, and for some odd reason, of which I don't remember, tiny hands are there.... :giggle

I'm thinking I emptied my purse from a girls night and they never got put away.

I use my phone for alarm and sleep analysis (Sleep Cycle), so it's there, but I have it set to automatically mute alerts at 10pm. I love that if my kids or parents need me I can filter and still let that go through :)

Glasses, water, Kleenex tissues ... plus my Nook, lamp, my non-working Slimline phone (like an idiot I recently cut the phone line), pill box and who knows what else, lol!

Glasses, Kindle and books Plural , I have a "waiting list " LOL a glass of Water.
For sure no phone, no tv, no fully equipped snack bar ( though that one is soooo tempting , I used to smuggle sweets and snacks to bed when I was younger )

I keep my nightstand super clean- literally just my phone charger, the alarm clock (which I don't even use as an alarm anymore) and the lamp.

Sometimes I will take my wrist brace off at night & throw it up there if it's really bugging me, but usually I keep that in the bathroom & put it on when I brush/floss, face wash, etc. before bed.
