Hoping someone can help me. I purchased the "Audaciously Awesome" collaboration by Kim Jensen and Kate Hadfield last Wednesday. When I tried to download, the file named Khadfield downloaded without any problems. When I tried to download the two files named KimJensen (elements and papers), it says. "You have nothing to download." I put in a ticket (I think), but I have not had any response. Thanks so much for any help you can give me. This is the perfect kit for my granddaughter's birthday! Hi Tammy! I'm so sorry about that. It looks like the file names of the downloads didn't match up. I'm not sure how that happened, but I've corrected it in the product setup and sent a new download key to the email listed on your original invoice. It should also appear on your orders page.
