I’m procrastinating everything today. I slept in and haven’t accomplished much today. I literally don’t want to do anything I should be doing. I don’t know what’s for dinner and I just want to veg in front of a show. who’s with me? What are you procrastinating today?
I was going to leave a response, but I will do it later! Procrastinating cleaning the boys' bathroom. Enough said!
I was supposed to go over to our vacation rental and clean the carpets this morning... I'm still here and have been all day.
Hey, it happens. In fact, that was me on Sunday. Today I was busy. It was great because I was alone for a blissful 3.5 hours while the kids were at school and DH was at work. It was the first time I was truly home alone since March 2020. Maybe I've finally crashed through the pandemic wall I hit.
Come to think of it, I should have put this is as my super power in @FarrahJobling's thread yesterday I procrastinate most everything, most every day...unless someone comes and says "I need it now" lol. Been this way all my life, I see no reason to change now hahaha. When I was in school, I would tell my mom that I work best under pressure.
there's always a flow of things that "should've been done today", that make it over to tomorrow's list. always! eventually they all get done though.
You know, it's been a good week for me to stay focused. Yesterday I was super busy designing. Today it's been much slower and I had to take a break for a nap (what happens when you wake up every 30 minutes to an hour at night). Right now, I'm procrastinating doing laundry as well as finishing up some work tasks.
I procrastinate a lot when I don't want to do something. Hahaha Same if I don't want to go somewhere - I wait until the last minute to get ready. I almost bought a T-shirt once that said "Sorry I'mLate - I didn't really want to come". That's SO me.
I think procrastination is my other super power. I blame it on my ADD, but I get distracted so easily that it's easy to "forget" to do something until later... ha!
I was going to say I was the Queen @IntenseMagic Jan, but you beat me to it!! (I procrastinated too long!! )
I'm not a morning person, and now that 2 of the kids are back to in-person school I've had to trade my wonderful (or at least acceptable) 7:15 am alarm for a 6:30 wakeup. Let's just say that I'm not handling it well. I'm exhausted all morning, so everything of substance gets procrastinated until 11 or so. I can handle things like cleaning the kitchen or doing the laundry, but none of my work tasks. It's a good thing my hours are flexible as long as I get projects done by their due dates!
No procrastinating for me today. Had a long dental appointment which put me sort of behind all day so I'm catching up on all the things. I'm not much of a procrastinator...I never feel like I can relax unless I have things done.
Ummmmmm.....yep I’m a procrastinator from way back. Currently procrastinating on an assignment....I’m down to the last bit plus editing now.
