    Today as yesterday and last week, the site appears to be working but when I open the psd file in Affinity Photo on my iPad, it is missing several layers (photo blocks and paper strips along the right edge). I've never seen this happen in over two years of using my iPad and Affinity Photo...

    Strange! I had the same problem on my iPad with Affinity Photo but the template worked fine for me in GIMP so I'm guessing it has something to do with the iPad or Affinity Photo. Sorry I'm not more help!
