@ashleywb does the scrap lifted layout need to be from the MOC gallery? I’ve found a layout from a MOC challenge that I’d love to scraplift but it’s not in the MOC gallery.

 

It seems to me that it would be ok to lift as long as it is a MOC 9 layout. When we first started MOC there was not a MOC 9 Gallery for us to post our layout into and we were told it didn't matter as long as it was posted in the gallery.

I love this challenge! I used my tried and true method of picking a layout. My numbers were 223 and 3. This is the chosen layout!

I loved the monochromatic look of the title and background.

I am not American but when I saw Amanda Gorman performing on stage during the inauguration of president Biden, I was touched. She warmed my heart wit her words.
And when I saw this layout during MOC, I knew I wanted to scrap her poem and scraplift this beautiful layout.
