Here's my layout for today's One Hue challenge, created with Bella Gypsy's Color Me Happy collection (recolored as needed to maintain the color family): https://the-lilypad.com/forum/galleries/01_08-one-hue.456289/
Thanks for the fun challenge. The scribbles are navy and the drawings on the background paper are light blue.
I wasn't so sure I would be able to do this, but I think my page turned out ok! I had to recolor a few things and just lighten others, but it all worked out in the end! Thanks for the challenge! Also, thank you to whomever added the MOC 9 gallery. I hope its ok to leave previous pages in the member gallery, otherwise I'm worried they could get lost in digiland somewhere and not post correctly.
Okay, whose bright idea was it to combine this massive recoloring challenge with @gonewiththewind 's gorgeous new Dressed Up template with all those floral spots? Oh, yeah, that'd be me. I really am a glutton for punishment, aren't I?
I don't normally use a lot of orange, but I like this page for my October calendar. Definitely a good challenge!
Harder than I thought it would be! Different shades of green look grey when placed on bright green background! Recolored word strips and arrow then saw the words in the word art were white so had to recolor each letter. Hope I got it all may be a spare white pixel still left LOL! Thank you for the challenge! credits in gallery
Sure hope this works, because I love how it came out and totally had a ball working on it... My daughter. The background paper is 2 colors turned green and blended... could not get it any greener. I do have another version with a different background, but it is not nearly as powerful....
This was such a FUN challenge and I really appreciate learning how to colorize elements. I will definitely be using this going forward. Thanks so much for the tutorial!
I LOVED this challenge!! Red is my favorite color and I almost included it in my "This is Me" challenge from day 3, so I was SUPER excited to see this challenge
