    Some texture on the page is fine. I believe mine has some little Kraft paper like flecks. Just no obvious pattern - It should be predominantly one color.

    always SO hard for me to not use ALL THE THINGS on my layouts! Great challenge! My 5 extras were: flower, leaves, life sign, ribbon & turkey flair.

    A solid background paper - Navy
    1 or 2 photos - 1
    up to 3 patterned papers (1,2 or 3) - 3
    1 word art OR a title - word art as a title
    up to 5 additional elements (that includes paint, brushes, embellishments, ephemera, etc) - paint, flower, glittered scallop border
    journaling is optional - I added journaling
