M3 Subscription - No Customer Service Response

    On 9/1, I sent a message to customer service regarding my M3 subscription. The store said it was active but would not give me the discount on August M3 kit. I got an automated email with a link to checking the status of my issue but when I tried to use it was told that I did not have access. I never received any other emails. I am sure my subscription is expired by now. Not sure what to do at this point.
