I'm a pretty patient person (okay, not always) but I ordered a font in my handwriting and paid for exclusivity and have sent Heather three emails and haven't heard back from any of them. It's $20.00 for an exclusive font, and I'd like to know if I'm going to get it or not. Otherwise, I'd like to have my $20 returned. I have never complained about anything, but I saw this discussion come up and decided to chime in.

@lmccandless I have an order #1341754 that didn't complete, as after I entered a coupon code, it flipped back to enter a credit card. I don't think I can clear it myself. But I need that kit!
@lmccandless @NancyBeck I subscribed back in January to M3. My last month was to have been May? I tried to purchase a new subscription but got this message below. To test the stated "active" subscription, I put June's M3 in the cart but no discount was given... Please advise. Thank you!
Maybe send this to Customer Service with the "Contact Us" link at the top right of the page. I think that gets checked more often than this thread possibly. Wish I could offer more help than that, but I don't have the "keys to the kingdom"
@AJK something quirky is going on with the tech side, I am in discussion with another customer about the same problem, I've spoken to Laura about that, I have e-mailed her again to make sure that she has your customer service tickets within the same batch too. I know that she has had to refer this matter on to our site tech support to try and get to the bottom of it so we are awaiting a response. Maybe take a few days seeing as it's a Holiday weekend but I am sorry for the delays you've experienced in getting your questions responded to. With best wishes

Hello - I'm trying valiantly to buy this month's M3 - my account shows that I've paid for a six month subscription - but when I try to check out, it's the regular price. I would love to have this a teeny bit early for my CT obligations. Do I have to wait until it shows up in the store? I'd love to know.
