Thanks for this fun challenge! My lo: and i choose this one: and this one (i keep the orange tone, boats, and the maritime spirit)
I chose two layouts by cinderella, not realizing until I started to work that they are by the same layout artist. They certainly share some similarities I like: color, movement, dimension. I liked the faces; the words around them illustrating the present moment; the circles and arrows. Both use flowers & buttons, which I rarely use, but gave it a try.
Fun challenge- thanks! I loved the circles in this clean layout by @vixen and the diagonal slant on this wonderful layout by @KittyY
Karen W's "So Fortunate" where I took the inspiration of small fun little pieces and no personal picture, but a sketch of a girl Hey Jude's "Pure Happiness", from which I took the spray of butterflies and the placement of the photo in the middle. Here's Mine:
My first one is this one from Lhmcgrady: I love everything Project Mouse (especially the traditional colors) and I love how she got lots of character pics in. This one by @pinkadoo uses great fun colors and a mixture of photos and filler cards in a pocket layout Here is my take on this challenge
My take: I lifted from these two layouts: This I took inspiration from the dark background and the cluster on the photo. This I took inspiration from the shape of the layout with the focus in the middle and little elements trailing above and below the photo and also the B and W Photo.
scraplifted the out of bounds mask from under the frame 20-07-PhotographyReflection by cookingmylife https://the-lilypad.com/forum/galleries/20-07-photography-reflection_coming-into-budapest.440037/ and the sketching of the photo in the middle of the layout with a corner cluster and splash of paint in the opposing corner Emma by pjg316 https://the-lilypad.com/forum/galleries/emma.439965/ My layout using Human Kind Bundle by Bella Gypsy Designs and Healthy at Home Bundle by Bella Gypsy Designs. Where do I go to see your layout? Or did you not finish it yet? I'm looking forward to seeing what you come up with when you blend these two very different styles.
This was such a fun challenge! I had no idea that I have a watch list! I scraplifted this lovely one from Carrie1977: And this fabulous page (which I think I have lifted before) from KarenC: And here is what I came up with:
I chose to scraplift this layout by @emilymerritt - I used the progression of photos idea from it - and this one by Angela Toucan - I lifted her LO style and theme, as well as how she has book elements from the book coming to life on the page - and came up with this: https://the-lilypad.com/forum/galleries/page-turner.440085/
this was a surprise for me, I don't know how there are some very old pages on my watched content, most of them are mine...weird!! so, I choose 2 pages from my list: Margarita, by Jenna: I used the design as an inspiration, and even used a lime element as she used on her page: and Ill go anywhere with you by kendallt : from this one, I was inspired by the blue color, the use of doodle stickers, sticker wordart, her use of cards and graphic wordarts: and my page:
I'm lifting these two pages- Take a Hike by @Domi092 and Carefree Summer by @EllenT I love the strips of paper from the first page and the cascading wordart along with the offset photo matte on the second page. Also the bright happy color schemes used with lighter backgrounds. Here is my page:
I never paid attention to the watched feature so I picked these two because I thought they worked well together. I used these from @pitiscrap & @Ferdy to make
