July Journaling Challenge

    Hello Everyone! Hoping you are doing well! It is my favorite season right now - SUMMER! I live for sunshine, warmth, sunsets, and a less rigorous schedule. Combine that with friends, BBQ's, beach/bay and laughter and I'm in heaven. It soothes my soul!

    This month, I would like you to choose your favorite season, and share a moment from that season. Show me a glimpse of your favorite season! Time goes so fast, so capturing the little moments are important. Since this is a journaling challenge, please include at least 4 sentences about your favorite season on your layout.

    I'm excited to see your favorite and what you create! :)

    Please remember the monthly challenge rules: Your page must contain at least 75% Lilypad product. Your page should be posted to the Lilypad Gallery and then linked to the July Challenge Layouts thread so it can be tracked, and to this thread.

    The Lilypad uses a percent system for our challenges; the number of challenges you participate in determines the store discount you will receive at the end of the month:

    2 challenges = 10% off
    4 challenges = 20% off
    6 challenges = 30% off

    If you complete 7 challenges, you will receive a coupon for 30% off, plus you will be entered to win a $50 gift certificate from the Lilypad! The first seven challenges will be posted on the first of the month; the eighth challenge is the BYOC challenge, which is posted on BYOC release day. Each page counts for one challenge (you cannot use one layout for multiple challenges).

    For me the key is to enjoy whichever season we are in, whether that is summer or winter Or toddlers at home or empty nest.

    Can't believe I am FINISHED with the journaling challenge! This usually is the one that takes the longest for me to finish....:blush It was a tough choice between spring and autumn though but spring won! :fairydance

    As others have said, I can't really choose. I feel like a fraud. I have a love/hate relationship with winter. I see NO reason to go outside, except to take photo when the hoarfrost is present and the snow is fresh and white. Nope, I neither ski, nor skate, nor go outside unless I have to. So this is the best I can do. :shrug:no2
