Hi everyone and welcome to the May monthly challenges. I can't believe that we are already into May!! The year seems to be going by both slowly and very quickly, all at the same time! I love browsing through the gallery for inspiration, but another place that gives me a lot of inspiration is our monthly Froggy Favorite threads. In these threads anyone can nominate a page that inspires them for a Froggy Fav. We have a new thread each month. This month's Scraplift Challenge is to go through any of our Froggy Fav threads and pick a page to scraplift. To make it easier for you, I've linked each of the Froggy Favorite threads from 2020 here: April March February January If you can't find inspiration in the 2020 threads, please feel free to go back further in time to our other Froggy Fav threads. They can all be found in our Scrapping Pad forum. The rules are simple: Find a layout in a Froggy Favorite thread and scraplift it! Show us (and link us up) to the page you are lifting (and make sure to acknowledge the original page in your gallery credits). This is going to be a hard decision, since there are so many amazing pages to choose from! I was inspired by Kayla's (@keepscrappin) amazing page from the April 2020 Froggy Favorite thread. And here is my page: As always, please remember the monthly challenge rules: Your page must contain at least 75% Lilypad product. Your page should be posted to the Lilypad Gallery and then linked to the May Challenge Layouts thread so it can be tracked, and to this thread. The Lilypad uses a percent system for our challenges; the number of challenges you participate in determines the store discount you will receive at the end of the month: 2 challenges = 10% off 4 challenges = 20% off 6 challenges = 30% off If you complete 7 challenges, you will receive a coupon for 30% off, plus you will be entered to win a $50 gift certificate from the Lilypad! The first seven challenges will be posted on the first of the month; the eighth challenge is the BYOC challenge, which is posted on BYOC release day. Each page counts for one challenge (you cannot use one layout for multiple challenges).
wow, that was hard but I chose @SeattleSheri for my lift . I hope I did hers justice. I wanna scrap like her when I grow up.
Here’s mine, no where near as good as Barbara’s but I love her linear photo so had to have a play. Thanks for a great challenge. I’m going to scrap lift this stunning page by Barbara @Sokee from the January Froggy Faves.

I am lifting this page from the March Froggy Fave- I always admire the beautiful simple/minimalist pages, but when I try them I end up adding a ton of stuff-
I am lifting this one for the different size photos and here is my layout 08.03 Lil Leprechaun - Abby by rdjrneace posted May 4, 2020 at 7:48 PM
I want to get this right, I found this page that is so awesome and I will try to recreate it in my own way, with different scrapping goodies, etc? https://the-lilypad.com/forum/galleries/messy.415610/ I love this page so much, I chose you, Pikachu? I can only hope to do this half as awesome as her page, but here goes. I mimicked the straight up the middle art and photo, but I used less goodies and have a more minimal feel. I wanted my text about the same place as well and wanted my photo to be the high light. I used NBK Lavender treasure: Paper 3, artsy bits and pieces: 25, 26 and 33, magic light 2. I used Forever Joy's Hydrangea sticker frame lavender and heart painted lavender along with Pink Reptile Design's Feeling Blue texture Paint Roll.
