So many of my online friends were playing this game. I told my husband i wasn't getting into it. But apparently i told him multiple times.... enough that he got it for me for a "joke gift" for mother's day and gave it to me a bit early. And now I'm busy making bells to appease Mr Nook (as if i needed another time suck game)... I'm only a few days in... anyone else??
I bought it for DD when the isolation started. I thought it would be something we could play together but later found out it was for 1 player. She loves it, and won't give me a chance to play it.
My youngest and I are playing it. I was an every day player for awhile, but I took a bit of a break this week. I got KK Slider to my island and now my daughter is having fun rearranging the island to her liking. She has opinions. She's an avid Sims player, so the creative island design is fun for her.
we are contemplating getting a second copy of the game for the kids. I have a switch lite, but the kids have a switch... I'm unwilling to share mine, currently. LOL
We did this with the 3DS game - New Leaf. My daughter wanted to play together at the same time and the only way to do that was for each of us to have a copy and visit each other's towns.
I played it on the GameCube, but not since. I want a Switch, but I refuse to pay the outrageous prices scalpers are offering. So, none for us right now!
No but my son is addicted and keeps bugging me to give it a try! I currently just play Fortnite, Candy Crush and some games on Roblox hahahahaa!!!
My daughter just bought herself a switch lite and animal crossing is her first game. The thought was that we would share it... she really wanted me to play too. However, she doesn't stop playing it long enough for me to have a turn! lol! I have my tent and that's it so far!
I just read this article about real fashion designers making clothes for AC! I'm not sure if any one here cares, but I just downloaded the game and I'm looking forward to checking the clothes out once I get far enough along. https://www.forbes.com/sites/davidt...s-for-custom-clothes-from-real-designers/amp/
