Bart - All that hopping has made you fit!! Re: accountability -- My weight went down and then up again after son's wedding, negating all of my 2019 work. In July 2019, I got serious about change. I lost 25 pounds, reduced my resting heart rate, got in my steps, and started sleeping. The Covid stay-at-home has been hard on keeping up those habits, but I am returning to them. I have about 5 pounds to lose to get to my very lowest from February this year.
