I had an error when completing an order tonight. I got confirmation on paypal's end that it completed but I didn't get the completion in the store, or the downloads. I tried to send a help request as directed but that failed as well. (lucky me?! lol). #1319812 is the order number. I screenshot the errors and paypal so I can send that if needed.
Those are what came to my head first. They will link someone else if they can help. Sometimes the systems hiccups and it can happen that Paypal and the store don't do the last handshake. Don't worry they will fix it up for you!
There is something going wonky for the store stuff right now. Log into the store and then click on your name near the upper left and then click on My Account. On the new page, click on order history and select the date of your order (or today if it was today) and all the order *might* be in there. I had the same thing happen last night and never got emails, but the orders were there and I was able to download from there. (click on the order number). Hope this helps. @Kat - I do show that the order went through. Give Karen's suggestion a try, and let me know if you still don't have download links.
I've done some server maintenance with our tech to resolve these issues. The heavy load on the internet was causing some issues but we should be good now
slightly similar issue so thought I’d add it here for @lmccandless - I picked up Jaimee’s April Storyteller but didn’t get any emails in my gmail account to say it had gone through but I do have access to the links in my account so all good in the end.
