I know @MrsPeel will understand me sooooo much.

It’s nearly 4.30 am Monday morning here and I’m in floods of tears here. Feel like I can’t catch a blinking break with my health.

The story starts back in November (well if we’re being super honest it started nearly 33 years ago)....started suffering from vertigo, while it’s improved I still have it but it’s manageable. Then March came along......started with 12 days of gum pain on ibuprofen that magically disappeared.Few days later had some UTI symptoms that sorted themselves out but again more ibuprofen. Next has been 5 and counting days with a fever, at times with violent shivers, sweats, heat etc again using ibuprofen cause paracetamol decided to backfire straight back out of me. Then yesterday ibuprofen started giving me stomach discomfort because i’ve been using it too much. To top it all off I woke up 2 hours ago with what I think is a tonsil stone withy eating, drinking, swallowing and coughing causing it to sit in the middle of my throat. And the worse thing is because I need a bit of help at the moment I may not be able to see the dr until Tuesday when my mum is off so potentially 36ish hours without being able to eat or drink

I am so sorry Jennifer! Do you have any gelatine you could eat or maybe make yourself some smoothie?

I'm sending lots of ((HUGS)) your way and will be praying for you. I feel you on this. It seems like when the physical stuff starts, it just starts getting bigger and then it's like an avalanche. :(

Oh Jennifer - I hear the pain in your words. Just a thought, you are describing the symptoms I had with esophageal ulcers. I had them from too much ibuprofen. Perhaps try some OTC omeprazole if you can. I got relief quickly from that. It made it possible to swallow again.

Well that ended not how I wanted. As I was washing my hair I had a vertigo flare up so have ended up having to start the whole process again to get a new appointment for hopefully tomorrow. In other news I have managed to find some puréed apple sauce that seems to go down ok, drinking anything still irritates it though.

Well bizarrely everything has cleared up so I’m canceling for certain. Fever is 98% gone, managed to eat a hard cookie, drink some iced tea and water with zero issues
