Hi, I am Elif. 28-year old self taught graphic designer. The simplicity of digital scrapooking and my passion for designing made me start a professional career in digital scrapbook industry. Aside from scrapbooking I love binge watching Japanese anime. When I’m not designing or scrapbooking, I love knitting, and flipping through a good book with hot black tea (with lemon) in my hand. 2. How do you come up with your colour palette or theme for your kits? I have a Pinterest board that I pin color inspirations now and then. After I define my theme for the collection and come up with a few keywords for it, I go to this board and start collecting images that would represent the theme. Then I pick colors off of the moodboard that I design out of these images. As for coming up with a theme, I love collecting ideas from my followers and customers. Recently I've made a survey to get some future product theme ideas. That's my main source right now and you can still submit your theme requests here 3. What are your go to snacks or music while designing? I love eating fruits while I design. Especially green apple. Although I love complete silence when I design, if I find some good music that complements the theme of the collection I'm working on I listen to it. Otherwise I get distracted easily. 4. Show us a couple of your favourite kits. My favorite kits.. That's a little though to choose because each time I design a new kit it becomes my new favorite for a while But here are a few that almost always bring sunshine to my soul whenever I look at them or use them on my pages Here are some pages I made using Elif's lovely designs!! Sorry! Didn't notice this was a collab with Soco until I was done and recording the credits. I was just so needing a fresh birthday kit, and this so fit the bill. Credits: https://the-lilypad.com/forum/galleries/lod_elif-sahin-designs_b-card-upgrading.426197/
