Day 22 - Clean and Simple Style

Requirements:

Neutral/solid background paper and no additional paper

* You are allowed to use
- one photo (with or without frame)
- one journal card
- some paint/small splatter
- no more than 5 (small) additional elements
- some (extra) journaling/a word art/title is allowed, but remember to keep it simple
* Your photo and elements can take up only 1/4 of your page - the rest of your page must not have any elements or photos

It isn’t about the earrings, showing them off the way I did my rings. Or it is, but it’s not just that. It’s all about reclaiming myself. It’s about being able to look in the mirror – or the camera – and see an outside that more closely matches the inside. It’s about making myself look how I want, not how someone else wants me to.


I get to care about how I look once more. I never realized how much I missed it until it came back.

 

Day 27 - Paintstroke Picture

Requirements:

Use paint/gesso/paint texture and blend modes to make your photo look painted. This challenge is not just using a mask. It is to see the paint stroke texture left behind by using blend modes on your picture/pictures.

Mimic the textures left behind by a brush and make them prominent in your main focus photo using AT LEAST 3 items from NBK's download kit. Include the name of the products used from the mini kit to create the focal photo texture.

The brush/gesso/paint texture should be prominent in your main focus photo.

Day 28 - Darkle Challenge

Requirements: Dark background paper, 75% of elements must be either metallic, shiny or sparkly/glittery. Anything other than picture or journaling will be counted as an element. 75% of the elements must be clustered around the picture.
