I believe that I broke yet another toe tonight. I tripped on a pile of pipes (construction materials) laying in my hallway. At first I thought I was ok, but it’s hurting more and more. I really don’t want to go through this again. It’s the last thing I needed. So, tomorrow morning I’ll head to urgent care and see what’s up. Here’s to hoping that February is a less eventful month!

Ouch! that is not much fun for you. I hope you have just sprained it and not broken a bone.

Oh goodness! My sister just fell on Friday and jammed her finger (or it's broken). She's been in a splint all weekend waiting for ortho to come in Monday to read the x-rays. It totally messed up her weekend, so I really feel for you. Praying that it's just going to be sore and not broken!

Oh Jan, hopefully it's not broken. Ouch! I stubbed my toe today and that's nothing compared to the jolt yours must have taken if you think it's broken. That hurts SO badly!!

Oh, ouch! A jammed finger isn’t fun at all!! Or broken. I jammed mine once in college and it hurt so much. I hope the ortho can help her!

Eek! Stubbing toes isn’t fun at all. Hope yours is feeling better!! That’s how I did this - a white pipe on a white tarp and I was looking somewhere else. About the same thing happened last summer and I didn’t know for over a week since it didn’t hurt that bad. My thing is that I don’t like to wear shoes in the house. Maybe I should! Lol!

    Toe pain is awful.

I stubbed my toenail on Christmas Eve setting up a folding table in my living room. Man it hurt so bad. My toenail is totally detached from the nailbed now. It's going to fall off sooner or later. It still hurts to wear any of my work shoes.

Oh No... hoping it's not broken! Feel better soon!

I've broken toes when I was younger. Slammed them in a car door. My Dad splinted and taped them together with other toes, and we healed them that way. (It was the pinky and one next to it). It was hard to stay off my foot at 12!

I never did go in. Maybe tomorrow if it gets worse. My husband and I decided if it is broken (which it feels like it is), all they'd do is x-ray it and tell me to tape & protect it and stay off of it as much as possible like they did the last time. I'm slightly suspicious that I re-damaged the other toe. When I do things, I do them good! lol!

LOL!!! I've been thinking the same thing! It's always my right foot. I've sprained the same foot twice, too. I think I need to pay attention to where I'm going!
