January 21- Organic Botanicals

For my five botanical elements I used:

My organic Botanical:
1. a branch of brown leaves 2. a branch of green roundy leaves 3. a 3 points green leaf 4. the yellow semi dried flower in the top layer of the cluster- 5. the circular frame made of dried branches- 6. a red flower in one of the bottom layers of the cluster peeking out.

3 stemmed flower branches, one berry branch and 3 leaf branches make up the bouquet. 1 scattered leaf

 

If only I could get all my years completed!

 

there are 5 unique here - then I did duplicate for my border. But 5 unique are the dark green branch, light green branch, reddish branch, and the 2 different leaves. Then to fill it in I duplicated the leaves.

 

Jan 21 - Organic Botanicals
Even though this layout is very simple - it was hard for me. I am not a scrapper who likes to put flowers or foilage on my layouts. I always admire pages with those elements, but for me, I just don't do it. So I had to buy a kit just to do this page because I did not have (or I could not find) any actual botanicals to comply with the rules. Anyway, I'm happy with how it turned out.

My elements:

Finding real foliage was not a problem... but real flowers...
I found 1 by Sahlin Studio & 1 by Paula Kesselring... all the others are from NBK

My five elements are - acorn, acorn top, there are 4 different non-painted leaves in the pile (another leaf with paint that doesn't count), and the yellow flower… most also duplicated on the page

 

Most of my botanical items are the 3 kinds of leaves, green stemmed pods, yellow flower on stem and also the plumeria.

 

I used three different twigs and four leaves

 

I used 3 different pine cones, 4 different pine boughs, and 1 twig.
