This was fun! I have paint dipped and sprayed (using brushes) on the title alphas and the arrows. (also a little bit of spray on the brown paper)

I had never tried this technique out before on a layout, but I had so much fun with this! I will definitely use this more often in the future! Thanks for the inspiring challenge!

I've "dipped" the wooden alphas that make out the title, the wooden speech bubble, the two bottom wooden photo corners, the white rose and the white tag in paint.

I dipped my title by using a brush on it. I also brushed paint on portions of the paints that came with the template to change their colors. And I just had to paint on the papers because of that big brush. What fun!

The technique was super simple to figure out with Gimp: clip to the word and then add a bevel edge to give it a pint of depth/look like coating of paint.

The hard part was figuring out what to do with the quote. Not sure if I hit the mark but it's done and meets the requirement so it's all good.

Great challenge and so much fun playing with the technique!

The flower was “paint-dipped” by using a wet media brush on a layer above the flower, copying that layer, clipping both layers to the flower, and changing the blend mode of the first paint layer to Vivid Light and the blend mode of the second paint layer to Linear Burn. I tried using the same technique on the word art and the frame but because the base layers were a different color it just did not look right.

Thanks to @bumblebeee I learned about a new tool in Artisan! Thank you! I have never used the paint tool, and that was fun. I painted the tips of my pink flowers, my orange paper, and my white journal paper strip.

I have never tried this before. It was fun to figure out and to play with different brushes for different effects. I dipped the title, the center of the sand dollar, the tips of the starfish and the end of the tag.
