Jan 19 - Cut Out Background Pretty cool technique. I struggled at first with how to get it to work, but once I got it figured out it was fun. I added glitter overlay to some of mine as well as paper pieces. Credits in the gallery. https://the-lilypad.com/forum/galleries/jan-19-cut-out-background.420156/
Thanks to all of those who helped and inspired me for this challenge! I love how the layout came together.
MOC8 January 19 Cut Out Background And this was a challenge - purely because I rarely use a patterned paper and almost never use so much of it! But the Paula Kesselring fish paper is gorgeous, so I had fun ;-)

Jenn, thanks so much for hosting this challenge! I had a blast playing with this layout today! It took a while (literally all day ) to pick a pattern paper and then to get all the half circles cut from it, but I love how it turned out! I'll have to try this technique again soon.
