I think the technique presented here is a good one, although I don't like my page and I'm done fussing with it, so here it is. I wanted a more graphic approach, but now this just makes me dizzy...
That was really fun. Never thought of doing that. Thank you for the challenge. I used star shapes and adjusted the brightness on my cut pieces.
When I first read the instructions I was thinking OH NO! but I had fun doing this. Thank you/ I turned-recolored and resized my shape then added a stroke.
@cfile or @jenn mccabe ...I Know This Is Gonna Sound Like A Dumb Question...But How Do I Get An Element Into PSE & How Do I Get It To Sit On Top Of My Paper Layer?...In Fact How Do I Import 2 Papers & Make Them Into 2 Layers...I Tried & I Got The Patterned Paper In But Tried The Solid Paper & It Just Adds Across The Bottom & Not In A Layer In The Layer Panel Above Or Below?...
fun new technique Jenn! i went with a few beachy shapes and a hexagon for some subtle cuts over an aqua solid, i put darker paint behind the wave shape cut
this was a new method for me, I don't know how many times I read and re-read the instructions, I hope my page meets the challenge requirements. thanks for the new technique
I don't have PSE and haven't used it for years - it sounds like the other paper is going to the bin? Can anyone help who has PSE?
