Well. It's done, and as much as I'm not crazy about it I'm still pretty proud. I had zero inspiration and was sick most of the day; that it's done at all is a big win. (And apparently I decided to give myself a challenge for February. That should be fun.) Anyway, there are 7 photos and either 11, 12, or 13 frames, depending how or if you want to count the page frames. This was a cool challenge, my apologies for not being more creative with it.
Day 3 Crazy Number of Frames Challenge - layout created with Kristin Aagard's Candy Cane Cuties kit https://the-lilypad.com/store/Candy-Cane-Cuties-Kit.html https://the-lilypad.com/forum/galleries/day3crazynumberofframes.415557/ I have 11 frames in this layout: large bead circle, starburst, candy cane heart, 2 scalloped frames around photos, 2 striped circles (right side), 2 red stitched square frames (upper left & lower right of solid paper), mint candy (around solid paper) and green button frame around title. I also have the required 2 photos.
Here is mine! I didn't think I could do this but it was a lot of fun, actually! Thanks for inspiring me to use an element I never use!
Mainly I used Sahlin Studios & Britt-ish Designs - Mansion Masquerade But for the 10 frames: 1 - Sahlin & Britt-ish - Around the World (black and beige square) 2 & 6 - Paula Kesselring - Just Me & Dad (white shadowed thin & blue square- recolored purple) 3 - Kristin Aagard - Archer 4 - Sahlin & Britt-ish Designs - Land of Fantasy (gold) 5 & 7 - Sahlin & Britt-ish Mansion Masquerade (black thin and gold oval) 8 - Sahlin Studios - Sweet Storytelling 9 - Sabrina Dupree- We Are Storytellers 10 - Sara Gleason - We Are Storytellers (Polaroid)
I used 10 paper frames and 1 metal frame. Credits are in the gallery. This photo is possibly taken in 1918 to commemorate the end of WW I. The boy on the left is my granddad, he was 15 at the time.
