Here we go! We have another batch of books to read together. Yay!

Like I've been doing the last couple of times, I am posting the next few months (October -February) all at once, so we can all get these books on hold at our libraries in time. :) The book we will be reading for October 2019 is The Couple Next Door by Shari Lapena. Please label spoilers or even type them in white like I just did right here(highlight that blank space) so that a person has to highlight it to read it.

Just a note, anyone can read these books at any time and join in the discussion at any time too! The more the merrier! :agree

Oh I LOVE when that happens. My library has it and I'm on hold... but I think I'm next in line so it shouldn't be too long for me either. :)

i'm about 3/4 of the way thru a book now and can start this when i'm done but with DSD and Halloween Bash both in Oct, i'll probably still be reading it way into Nov but i love that that our bookclub works regardless of when and how slow i am at getting to things!

I'm making a bit of an effort to sort out my problems with reading, I just looked into Prime, this is £5 which isn't that much...but you mentioning the libraries reminds me I have to sort mine.... I probably owe them the maximum fine because so many books we didn't return in time when I started to get so unwell.....
I'm writing a post it to sort it... and praying I will be able to read without going back 2 chapters every time I pick the book again!!!
I may also get Bart The Fly next door!!!! (it will be a crime story, right? :giggle he remains un-kissed here :dancebun

Really? I can't imagine forgetting this one any time soon but in general that's half the reason I use good reads!

Oh, can I ask if your new city has a good (digital) library?

I haven't been to our new library yet. I'm still borrowing from Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh.
