    Good morning my lovelies!

Yeah...so it's the last week of school, and once again, we have SNOW here in Denver? Again...so over winter!

We all know how to put a photo into a shape, right? BUT, what if you want to use 1 photo, but make it look like you've cut it into pieces...the same photo in multiple openings??? Today, we are going to

    Here are today's instructions:

Your Layouts must be completed within 1 hour. They are due by 1pm Eastern time.

Please post your completed layout in The Lilypad gallery. GALLERY RULES: Layouts must contain at least 50% TLP products. (Templates count as 15%.) Uploads must be less than 250k. List all credits; no off-site linking allowed.

    1. Start with a plain background. JUST PLAIN for now (you can add a background paper later)

    2. Choose ONE photo that you want to use. It will be big split up into multiple shapes, so make sure it is big enough.

    3. Create a shape. It can be as simple as a rectangle, or more complicated, like a letter (with the goal of spelling out a word). Make sure your shape has a STROKE/BORDER and a SHADOW.

    4. Clip your photo to your shape.

    5. Repeat steps 2-4 with additional shapes (they can be the same or feel free to mix it up- as in a word). You will need to copy the photo layer for EACH shape separately, but do NOT MOVE the photo itself. Make sure each shape is separated in some way and has it's own border and shadow. Your MUST have at least THREE shapes.

6- The last thing is to make the page your own...do anything you'd like to make it your style. =)

    I can't wait to see everyone's take.

You have 24 hours to finish your pages. Layouts are due TOMORROW, May 23th at 1pm Eastern time. Please load you pages to THIS gallery and post them below. Have fun!!!

Sorry I was unable to make the chat. Thanks for the challenge. Is it totally dorky that I put the scissors in there for the photo cutting? (don't answer that, lol)
