@NancyBeck @mrs2a50 @lmccandless @Rachel Jefferies I'm not sure without reading the information that came with your code, but hopefully one of these ladies can answer your question. This is the standard verbiage included with the coupons I hand out for chats and speed scraps: Exclusions: Not valid on bundles or commercial use items. Not valid during store-wide sales. If you subscribe to M3, MPM, Create Crate or Storyteller, you may NOT use this coupon in combination with your subscriber discount. But since this coupon came from Rachel, I don't know what her standard exclusions are.
Typically x-cart does not allow coupons to be used with bundles, because they're already combined with a discount applied. I would guess that this is your issue; you might try placing non-bundled items into your cart and see if that resolves the issue.
Sorry I am just seeing this now, we have builders at home and my work hours have been very limited. I think this is totally my fault, I disabled all the coupons I issued during the big iNSD sale and it looks like i might have forgotten to re-activate them again!! Just going now to tweak it and will tag you when that's done!
Thank you @Rachel Jefferies. I'm afraid I'm not firing on all cylinders today. I got my order placed, the coupon worked, and then I couldn't get the credit card # in. So my order is in whatever limbo they go when they get stuck when half done. @lmccandless @NancyBeck It's been a good but rough day round here.
Oh yikes!! Well if you don't get this order pushed through or have any issues please just PM me as I will honour the SOSN prices for you and get you a new coupon if needed etc. we'll figure it out. I'm so sorry I caused you all this bother by not having the coupon set up ready for you!
