Speed Scrap: May 9, 2019 at 11am Eastern - INSTRUCTIONS

Good morning my lovelies!

Can you believe it if I tell you that it's SNOWING here in Denver? Grrrr...so over winter! At least I'm toasty warm inside and ready to scrap!

Here are today's instructions:

Your Layouts must be completed within 1 hour. They are due by 1pm Eastern time.

Please post your completed layout in The Lilypad gallery. GALLERY RULES: Layouts must contain at least 50% TLP products. (Templates count as 15%.) Uploads must be less than 250k. List all credits; no off-site linking allowed.

1. Start with a plain background. It can be plain white, or a plain neutral paper.

2. Add 2 strips of overlapping patterned paper. They must be less than 2 in but must run from one edge to the opposite edge, either horizontally or vertically. ALSO...you must attach these strips to the background with stitches or staples or other fastener.

3. You must use at least 1 photo and it must be on top of at least one ove the paper strips and must have a frame or paper mat. If you use more than 1 photo, you don't have to frame/mat them all, but you can if you want.

4. Add 2 small clusters of elements somewhere on the page. You MUST INCLUDE at least 1 of the following items, but not all of them: flower, button/pin, paint or banner. Feel free to use any other elements in your clusters and as many or as few items as you'd like.

5- Add a title and the date. You may also add some journaling, but it is optional.

6- The last thing is to make the page your own...do anything you'd like to make it your style. =)
