    I struggled with defining any of my photos as a truly minimalist photo. So after digging through my photos, I found these three that I felt qualified. So hopefully, one of the three count!

    I Too Struggled A Bit With This Challenge...Minimalist Can Be Defined In So Many Different Ways...I Am Totally Into The Spring Theme Right Now...So My Layout Is Minimalist In Background & My Photo Is Limited To Just A Few Items Around The Photo...I Am Happy With How The Layout Turned Out...Hope This Is What You Are Looking For...If Not...Please Let Me Know Otherwise...
