Because the template is your choice, the only way I will know if you participated is if you link your layout in this thread or within the SwL Group Facebook Album. To qualify, post your layout to the gallery or hosting site of your choice* and then paste the image and link here by 8:00 pm ET tonight to qualify for the drawing and by 7:00 pm ET tomorrow (03 FEB 2019) to qualify for the free template. You can make your layout yours; add items and design as you like, as long as, you follow the instructions below. Don't forget to shadow.

Instructions: Traditional

1. Have one photo.
2. Have two buttons/brads.
3. Have hearts (3 or more).
4. Have paint splatter.
5. Have a combination font and alpha title (sample: "OBSERVATIONS from ARIZONA:" font; "RAIN" alpha)

The Twist
For those that commented in the challenge thread before the start of the challenge (posts 2-31), instead of hearts you can use stars or flowers.

my sample layout follows the challenge instructions and can be used as a guide; for my layout I created my own alpha and you can too...

 

correct; if you do not find an alpha you want, you are allowed to create your own

the font portion should look like pen/pencil/typewriter, typically no shadow; and the alpha portion should look like cutout letters or word(s), typically shadowed

 

not at all; part one ends at 8:15 (qualify for the drawing); 7 pm tomorrow to qualify for the free template

 

sometimes a designer will use an alpha to make words that they include in the kit, you could use one of those
