Journaling: We had been working together at Taco Bell for a few months. You had actually gone to a mutual activity with me, a haunted house in October. I would say we had become friends. I decided to ask you to Sadie Hawkins that year, I wasn’t sure you would accept the invite but to my surprise...and delight...you did! The dance was at the school, always a western theme and we went to the dance and enjoyed a fun evening together! That was the beginning of a lifetime together. Little did I know that we would remain together throughout high school. I also didn’t know at that time that we would head off to college away from each other and eventually reunite and get engaged. I did not know at that time that we would still be going strong after 33 years of marriage. I just knew that you were cute and fun and I wanted to get to know you better and have a date for Sadies! It worked! ILY
I'm glad this challenge didn't require a photo My story took more space than I thought it would! Thanks for the challenge! Here is my page:
I couldn't resist I just had to do a LO about Azure-lee's class & the book they wrote. Still a hot topic in this household.
I don't have many school photos of my own but when I saw my grandson post a photo for Mom on Instagram, I snagged it. He knew his Mom would like another first day of school shot especially for Graduate School.
So, hopefully this is ok. I work for a school district and decided to scrap about our department testing out some VR goggles that will make it out to the classrooms.
I had to go searching but I finally found the photos I have used. My mother used to always take a photo of all those going off to school on our first day along with those also attending ( not sure how my younger sister got into the black and white photo). When I started High School my older sister had finished but my brother was still there and younger sister still at Primary school.
